Yes, our company will provide one year warranty from the date of purchase. You should keep the purchase receipt in order to gurantee to have after sales service.  The warranty is valid in Hong Kong and Macau. The warranty details as below

把坐墊內的氣囊及膠墊取出，並把上下兩部份分拆開，分別放入洗衣袋後再放進洗衣機用慢速冷水洗。用溫和中性洗衣精，切勿用柔順劑。
Put away the air bag and the plastic seat from the hipseat. Seperate the upper and lower part and put into the washing bag. Then put them into the washing machine. Use the slowest speed and cold water to clean. Use mild clothes detergent. Do not use softerner.

初生嬰兒可以用Tobdi氣囊坐墊式揹帶? Is it suitable for carrying new born baby?

Todbi hidden 360 及 Peacell 系列是可以揹初生嬰兒.
1. Todbi Hidden 360 只要把坐墊內的氣囊及膠墊取出, 再把坐墊拉錬拉上, 撫平坐墊。然後就如一般傳統揹帶般使用。
2. Todbi Peacell 只要把坐墊內的氣囊及膠墊取出, 再把坐墊拉錬拉上, 撫平坐墊。把附件的內墊扣上, 然後就如一般傳統揹帶般使用。下面短片是示範如何拆裝。
Todbi hidden 360 and peacell series are suitable for carrying new born baby.
1. Hidden 360- Put away the air bag and plastic seat from the hipseat. Smooth the seat then use it as a traditional baby carrier.
2. Peacell - Put away the air bag and plastic seat from the hipseat. Smooth the seat. Buckle the inner pad on the hipseat carrier then use it as a traditional baby carrier.

什麼時候可以只使用坐墊? When can I just use the hipseat?

當寶寶可以坐得非常好（大約８個月或以上）就可以用坐墊，不過請務必要時刻用你的手環抱著寶寶，以防止不小心滑落。
When the baby can sit very well (about 8 months or above), you can use the hipseat, but please be sure to hold the baby with your arms at all the times to prevent accidental fall.

可以的，你可以在本網站購買，但是我們只有白色。這白色綉花睡帽適用於Todbi Hidden 360及Peacell系列。
Yes, you can buy it from this web site. But we only have white color. It is not same as the one you had but it is fit to both hidden 360 and Peacell series.
