Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Free delivery charges for one order over HK$1,000. We will dispatch the goods via Shun Fung Express to the nearest Shun Fung Express EF lockers/business stations. Or we will contact with you 1 day before shipping to your address.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside Hong Kong and Macau.

Returns

 

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if you found any defect of the product. Please take a picture for the defect area and send us by email or call us (Tel : 2690-2790) before sending back.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

After received the returning the item, we will check

 

Exchange

Once we received the return product and if we determine that the product is defective and unuse and you are eligible to exchange your product, we will arrange the new product to you within 3~5 business days.
